The mass health benefits are meant exclusively for US citizens or immigrants who have legally settled in the US. Thus a green card must also be produced for them in whose case it is applicable. A proof validating the amount of income is also mandatory. So is a medical insurance copy or a medical condition certificate for people with HIV/AIDS.
